The cabin adopts a modular assembled structure, and the main body is composed of recyclable aluminum alloy frame and flame-retardant insulation board, which saves 60% energy consumption compared with traditional buildings, in line with the trend of carbon neutrality.

The intelligent core integrates the environmental perception system, automatically adjusts the temperature, humidity, lighting and air quality, and the panoramic electric sunroof and intelligent sunshade work together to create light and shadow art.

3: How Long does it take to build a light steel prefab house?
A: It depends on the size of the house. Generally, one 50 square meter house five workers 1-3 days finished installation, save manpower and time

4. Q: How about your date of manufacture?
A:Generally according to the different products, the production date is different.

5.How can we make sure about the product quality after we put the order?
A: Before delivery, we will send you the pictures and videos for you to check the quality, and also you can arrange for quality checking by yourself or by your contacts in the third party inspection organization.

6: How many days needed to install the house?
    For prefab camp house: 6 experienced workers 100sqm per day.
    For 20ft flat pack container house: 4 workers 4 units per day.
    For 20ft cost-effective container house: 4-6 workers 1 unit per day.
    For single storey prefab villa(100m): 4-6 workers finished all installing in 1-2 week.
    For light steel structure villa: 6-8 workers finished about 40sqm within 8-10 days
   Above that it is conventional advice, Final result will base on the efficiency of local staff.

8: What kind of technical drawings could you provide?
A: We could provide three-view drawing, 3D picture, blueprint, foundation, plumbing, electrical, communication, fire alarm, installation, furniture and so on.

9: What is the lifespan and warranty period?
A: The lifespan for Prefab house is 5 to 10year, Container house is 10-15years, Steel structure is 15-20years and Villa is 20-50years. The warranty period for all the house is 12months from the delivery.

A: We have camp/community planning design, indoor and outdoor electrical/plumbing design, communication/fire alarm/security system supply, furniture/ electric appliance offer, etc.
